In order to have the best experience, we invite clients to arrive 10 minutes early for bookings to ensure there is plenty of time to check and choose from the vast range of colours available.

At Nailed It we have a 24 hour cancellation policy in order to accommodate the high demand of appointments. This policy applies to all forms of bookings.

 We are happy to cancel or reschedule appointments, providing we have at least 24 hours notice. 

For the avoidance of doubt failure to notify Nailed It within 24 hours will result in the loss of the appointment and 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings.

 Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice for their appointments and ‘ No show ‘ will risk loosing their appointment and being charged in full.

Please note in the event of a late arrival, we may not be able to carry out the complete treatment, you will however be charged for the full value of the treatment that was made at time of booking.

For appointments made within the 24 hours period , if you cannot make your appointment , please let us know 4 hours of your appointment time . Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount . 

At Nailed It , we aim to deliver a flawless nail treatment every time. If you experience any problems with your gel mani or pedi within 7 days of your appointment, we offer complimentary nail repair. Simply give us a call and our technicians will return your nails to their former glory.

We ask clients to look after their property while at Nailed It as we are unable to take responsibility of items left unattended.

Please let us know if you have overly sensitive skin or any specific allergies that may be affected by our treatments or products. We cannot be held responsible if you do not disclose any medications or condition that may affect your treatment. Please inform your therapist or technician of any changes in your health on subsequent visits.
