In order to have the best experience, we invite clients to arrive 10 minutes early for bookings to ensure there is plenty of time to check and choose from the vast range of colours available.
At Nailed It, we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy due to the high demand for appointments. This policy applies to all bookings.
We are happy to cancel or reschedule appointments with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations, reschedules, late arrivals, or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.
Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time require at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may need to have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled and may still be charged the applicable fee.
No refunds will be issued for canceled, rescheduled, late, or missed appointments that fall within the policy timeframes above.

At Nailed It , we aim to deliver a flawless nail treatment every time. If you experience any problems with your gel mani or pedi within 7 days of your appointment, we offer complimentary nail repair. Simply give us a call and our technicians will return your nails to their former glory.
We ask clients to look after their property while at Nailed It as we are unable to take responsibility of items left unattended.
Please let us know if you have overly sensitive skin or any specific allergies that may be affected by our treatments or products. We cannot be held responsible if you do not disclose any medications or condition that may affect your treatment. Please inform your therapist or technician of any changes in your health on subsequent visits.
